Last year, while Chris Buccini visited Nashville, Tennessee, he experienced riding on a golf cart as a form of transportation. When he returned to Delaware, he said, "this would be a great addition to the city of Wilmington." Matt Lomabrdi and Andrew Cercena, two UD seniors in the Horn Entrepreneurship program, co-created the app, bringing Buccini's idea to life.
